that skin on his arm is definately not real...Its fake tissue... They totally used

those tricks used in movies with extras around to make it seem real!!!

(examine the cut he makes..That is not real skin tissue...The most obvious
of all give aways being the amount of blood in the scene..(there is no bleeding)

Also examine the tissue..That isnt real skin tissue..(If you look at the skin from a side angle, it totally looks flat while human tissue is perforated)

hal if i were to guess i'd say fake tissue over his arm, starting past that black bracelet or watch or whatever is on his wrist
